    Yeah, Jim was born in Peru to American parents. I have a few videos of him speaking his almost-fluent Spanish.

    I wonder if being born in Peru would preempt him from running for President? I mean, McCain was born in Panama after all.

  5. I THINK a child born to parents who are both US citizens is considered a natural born citizen, regardless of where that child was actually born

    but what the hell do I know

    Now if he can play a pan flute and dress up a guinea pig in a cute outfit I'd be impressed...!!

    J. Himes is a natural-born citizen as defined by the US Code because he was a citizen at birth. He can run for President.
