23 Precincts ran out of ballots in Bpt.
According to WTNH, 23 precincts ran out of ballots in Bridgeport today. A total of 12 precincts will be kept open until 10PM.
Jim Himes will arrive shortly here at HQ to address the issue. I'll have video up immediately after his statement.
