Kucinich on accountability for the War
Here's a little tidbit that I taped immediately after the press conference in Westport. I overheard the question and immediately fumbled for my camera to get the Congressman's reply. With subtitles.

Wow, I was so unimpressed. Holding all accountable for Iraq.. the pres.. vp... sec of state. After they walk out of office with full pardons given by the Pres. Come on wake up. Nice words but I for one want action.
Remember, after 2008 there will be a Democrat in the White House. Nobody's going to be getting any pardons if the war crimes trials start AFTER the inauguration.

it can't happen here.. Slobodan Milosevic and Charles Taylor were keeping the seat warm for Bush and Senor Cheney. The Hague. THAT's where this should play out, not in some back room in the White House.
At this point, I don't care if it's a Republican or Democrat in the White House in 2008. I want someone of substance. Unfortunately all the Republicans seem to be lacking in just about every department. I see so many viable Democrats, but NOT ONE REPUBLICAN. And thats a damn shame.
I want two strong candidates to pick from. Is that too much to ask for? :(
