RI: Chaffee hangs on; Whitehouse landslide
With 97% of precincts reporting in the Rhode Island senate primaries, Senator Lincoln Chaffee (RI-R) won the right to try to keep his seat against overwhelmingly popular Democratic primary winner Sheldon Whitehouse.
