John Murtha - Majority Leader?
Not only has the man earned it, but it would be awesome to see how much it would cause Bush to panic. Murtha would be a giant-sized Democratic burr under the saddle for the boy-chimp.

too bad his views on abortion and gun control are out-of-wack
The old guy is solid on the war.. but I'm a Pelosi fan. If she was able to raise five kids, whats another petulant child? And Shrubya is nothing if not an enfant terrible!
Fuzzy Turtle: aye, Pelosi should and will be Speaker. But B.A. is suggesting Murtha be Majority Leader.
I'm all for it, but not sure the Massachusetts and California elites who run the party, and the hidebound Washington interests which own it, will allow a free thinker--and mere mortal Pennsylvanian--to be the Majority Leader.
CNN Reports "a Washington watchdog group is questioning the party's sincerity, alleging Murtha steered Pentagon contracts to businesses that hired his brother as a lobbyist."
I dont want hear any more craps about Lieberman and Lobbyists when you support this man. hypocrites

He's been extensively briefed on 9/11 "inside job" evidence. Rep. Maloney, too
His views on abortion are fine, abortion is very unethical. The religious conservatives are right here though for all the wrong reasons.
