Where does Joe live?

Joseph I. Lieberman Voter Registration information:

Voter is registered under 10 Alston Ave. New Haven address.
(source: State Candidate List)

House at 10 Alston St. sold and closed on August 10th, for $455,000.
(source: MLS Multiple Listing Service)

Joe voted today in the New Haven Hall of Records today.

The question that needs to be answered is:

Is Joe legally registered to vote?

Comments and info welcome.

(h/t to Jen from Denmark, a former CT resident who flew back here on her own dime to help Ned win!)

Hmm.
"What if I move?
You must update your registration by filling out another registration card or by contacting the
Registrars Office to do a change of address.
If you move to New Britain after October 25th, 2005, you can
register in person at the Registrar’s Office (27 West Main Street,
New Britain) until noon on Monday, November 7th, 2005.
If I forget to register at my new address in time for the
election, can I still vote?
Yes, but only if your move was within New Britain and you were
already registered to vote at your old address. Just go to your
new polling place on Election Day and fill out a Transfer of
Registration form."

Did Joe fill out that form?

Hey, maybe Joe commited voting fraud and the cops will take him away for questioning. That would be a great TV report before the polls close!

Joe has not lived in New Haven in a very long time!

Joe has a downtown apartment now, that's why he voted at the hall of records. If he was still registered at Alston Ave., he would have been required to vote in Westville. I hate the self-righteous SOB and I hope he loses, but I figured I'd set the record straight.
