Watch the debate LIVE!

UPDATE!!! - It looks like NBC-30 here in Connecticut WILL broadcast the debate LIVE after all! Tune in to NBC-30 at 1:00PM here in CT; or if you're out there in the blogosphere, go to the NBC-30 link below for LIVE STREAMING COVERAGE of the debate! That's 1:00 PM Eastern Time.

Viewing note: Watch for Alan Schlesinger to attack Joe gently at first, then hammer him a bit more as the debate goes on. Alan's got a lot of anger and frustration with Joe for "stealing his Republicans", and even though he said he'd hold back a bit on this first debate, I have a hunch that he's going to make his feelings toward Joe quite obvious. It's gonna be fun!

NBC30 will carry the debate LIVE at 1:00 with streaming video (link), and will broadcast it at 7:00PM tonight.

Democratic Candidate Ned Lamont will discuss the issues with Republican Alan Schlesinger and also fifth-party Connecticut For Lieberman "Party of One" nominee Joe Lieberman.

Watch and discuss the debate here later.

No problem...Joe deserves that "line"! ;)

This is gonna be fun; it's killing me that I can't be there today!

Is there going to be any live radio coverage? I'm in Bridgeport at work....

Sadly, I can't find ANYTHING about radio coverage online. You can try WTIC talk radio (1080AM) for details of the debate, but I don't think anyone other than NBC30 is covering it live.

You could also try WICC 600 on your AM dial. They might have it. I am going to listen online from work here in Milford.
